 These patches add clauses to the custom record and power priority screens
 to allow users to easily filter shows if they flagged as having in-vision
 deaf signing.

 These patches round out my previous deaf signing patches found on tickets
 #4122, #4125 and #6664.

 Again, I have included a patch for 0.21-fixes in the hope it can be
 applied, and so that interested users can benefit in the meantime.
