 Setting the peak bitrate on the HD-PVR to anything other than the maximum,
 does not produce the expected behaviour.  So, always set it to the maxium.

 Replace the peak bitrate slider with a VBR/CBR combobox.

 Always set the bitrate after the resolution is detected to ensure it is
 correct.
