 It looks like the main problem is that xvmc is rejected as a decoder. I've
 tested with standard xvmc here and I'm not getting the same problem.

 Can you confirm nothing else changed on your system, around the same
 period, that might be causing problems? (e.g. video driver) and that those
 files play (using xvmc) with something like mplayer or xine?

 If those are ok, the obvious suspect is the recent re-factoring of
 avformatdecoder. So could you roll back to r20668 and see if playback is
 fixed.
