Log:

Applied a hack to make some CBS HD programs playable.  Somebody more
familiar with ffmpeg needs to determine if the data is badly encoded
or ffmpeg incorrectly misdetects it and come up with a better fix.  I
suspect the problem is with ffmpeg since trunk has a newer ffmpeg and
detects the troublesome stream as DVB_VBI data.  FWIW, trunk has other
troubles playing the same recordings that I still need to work on.
