 Installing MythArchive and MythWeather copies "{{{.svn}}}" directories to
 the install location.

 The attached patches add a version of "{{{cpsvndir}}}" to the
 "{{{mythplugins}}}" directory that supports copying source files from any
 location to the desired destination. Other patches make the same changes
 to the copies of "{{{cpsvndir}}}" in "{{{mythtv}}}", "{{{myththemes}}}",
 and "{{{themes}}}" directories.
