 Precondition:
 1. Establish mplayer for a specific extension type in Mythvideo setup
 2. go into mythmusic start playing music
 3. exit mythmusic (keep audio going)
 4. go into mythvideo and select a video that meets the requirements of
 step 1

 Video plays, but no audio as Mythmusic is holding the /dev/dsp device
