Comment:

 (In [20932]) If we fail to find a TPE4 (Remixed by) frame in the ID3 tag
 then look for TPE2 (Band) instead. This allows us to identify compilation
 artists for files tagged by a number of additional applications. Patch
 from Raymond Wagner. Closes #6567
