 The way to test is to set your menu size to something small like 600x400
 on a 1920x1080 display and tell mythtv not to use the full screen for
 playback, then set your playback profile to include something that can't
 playback a certain video file, say XvMC when you plan to play back a
 MPEG-4 AVC file. Now play that file. The playback will occur in a tiny
 portion of the upper right hand corner of the screen, rather than using
 the full screen.

 Note: When not falling back, say choosing the High Quality Profile rather
 than CPU++, playback will use the full screen.
