Comment:

 (In [20852]) Adds a popup dialog accessible from the main menu using MENU
 which allows the system to be shutdown or rebooted. This duplicates
 functionality offered by mythwelcome but doesn't require the installation
 and configuration of that separate application. Also features a dialog
 giving version information. Patch by James Meyer with some small changes.
 Closes #4571
