 When ported to MythUI, MythGame gained fanart and boxart fields for each
 rom.  The file browser in the edit metadata screen attempts to read the
 mythgame.Fanartdir and boxartdir settigns values, but there's nowhere to
 set these values.  This adds configuration options for these two
 directories.

 It also changes the Context Menu->Edit to Context Menu->Edit Metadata.  As
 this screen is the MythGame analog of MythVideo's Edit Metadata screen,
 this makes the menu entries consistent between the two.
