Log:

Adds the PIP/PBP menu options that were lost during the mythui/vid-branch overlap. They only appear when the Watch Recordings screen is launched from within playback. I'm not sure that launching these dialogs from the OSD during playback still works now that the screen uses mythui, it might be possible to make the whole thing smoother done diferrently anyway.
