 1) It started after the upgrade to 10.5.5 or 10.5.6. Reinstalled osx to
 10.5.1 and the crash problem has stopped.
 2) Have complied my own and tested other build. Problem was the same
 3)Changeset 16657, MMX, I was wrong about this. I think it was the osx
 upgrade that caused the problem.

 I can upgrade back to 10.5.6 and give you ssh into the system if that will
 help.
