 Fix3 doesn't appear to work.  Looking at the GetScreensaverEnabled code,
 it uses a state variable which is only set by the
 DoRestoreScreensaver/DoDisableScreensaver routines.  Not sure how these
 relate to the RestoreScreensaver/DisableScreensaver routines.
