 This patch add an icon in browse mode when a trailer is available for the
 current selected movie.
 The icon is displayed below the poster. only the non wide screen theme is
 updated.
 The icon is displayed using a MythUIStateType object, Could this have been
 done with a check box instead ?

 This patch is trivial therefor easy to apply ;-)
