Refs #5583. Make LIRC a little less verbose, after first unsuccessful attempt to connect to LIRC downgrade init warnings and errors down to VB_FILE, with the exception of the message saying we're going to stop trying to connect after a large number of retries and the message saying we successfully connected to the daemon.
