Comment:

 (In [20028]) Adds audio codec selection to HD PVR recorder

 Will be only used for the RCA inputs and if the firmware is new enough
 to support AC3. SPDIF will use AC3 if available in the firmware since
 it avoids reencoding of the audio. Closes #6263
