 #4501 wasn't the answer to this problem, it only allows you to see all the
 channels on other tuners, it did nothing about the actual changing of
 channels.

 #4989 has also been closed (due to it being "a feature request", go
 figure)

 Apparently, janne is thinking about simplifying the multirec code on
 ticket #5998
 We can only hope they decide to fix our bug along with it.
