 This patch allows to user to mark or unmark either one single file or all
 files at once. This was not available in the current mythgallery.

 The mythtv-... patch adds a new required method to the mythtv
 mythuibuttonlist widget. The second patch adds the functionality to
 mythgallery.

 The patches are against trunk version 22906.
