Log:

Modify the example config.xml to comment the <LocalHostName> element and explain its use, as is done in the default mysql.txt created by MythContext.  Also, remove the phrase which may incite direct DB editing from the default mysql.txt and reword the warning that the LocalHostName must be unique on different hosts.
