 DVICO Fusion MCE remote and IR controller. IRW show the correct serialised
 repeat presses. .lircrc has repeat 0 and delay 0 for each button. No other
 remotes configured. Pressing any button on remote makes mythfront skip two
 menu entries. Press enter and it dives in two levels. Press the
 exit/escape function and it skips up two levels.
