Log:

Modify image downloads to include a suffix to indicate what they are, ie 0123456_coverart.jpg, etc.  This prevents undesirable Storage Group fallback and prevents overwriting of different images if they are all hosted in a single directory.

Also temporarily disable one of the MythVideo Image Hunts, it was causing extremely poor performance in metadata-less libraries.
