Log:

Add Storage Group image hunt to MythVideo.  When metadata is downloaded for an item, MythVideo always checks the local fanart/banner/cover/screenshot directories.  Now, it will also check the Storage Group versions of same.  For a Storage Group homed video, it will prefer to find a SG copy of the image, but it will fall back to local if it finds nothing.
