 No, sorry, I wasn't even aware of that setting. I was speaking of the
 system time offset in Fedora. I don't know why but I've never liked
 setting my time zone by a city which I don't live in even if it is in the
 same time zone as me, so when I was upgrading (reinstalling) from Fedora 8
 to Fedora 10 I chose GMT -6 instead of "Chicago".
