Log:

Fix pre-upgrade automatic backups to work more reliably on systems where the user is running mythtv-setup/mythbackend as root (causing the supplied Perl-based backup script to run in taint mode), or under SELinux, or in other environments where the backup script may be operating under runtime constraints.  Simply falls back to using the "internal" backup functionality if the script-based backup fails.

Thanks to James Meyer for figuring out why backups were failing for some users.
