 Hi, sorry for the slow response. This is a known problem without a known
 cause or solution at this time. :/

 I suspect that reverting change set [20617] might be a temporary
 workaround.

 A more interesting test would be to revert back to a older kernel (2.6.28
 or before) and see if the problem disappears or is at least less frequent
 there.
