 MythVideo displays a fanart with a folder item selected by grabbing the
 first item within the folder to have an icon/fanart.
 When Jamu runs it creates a folder.jpg in each folder which is read by
 MythVideo as the folder icon for that folder. This overrules the icon that
 MythVideo grabs but MythVideo still displays the fanart background for the
 first item it found.
 For example my Movies folder shows an icon for Babylon A.D. with a fanart
 background of 1201.
