 This patch enables live transcoding of audio and video streams from a dvb
 source.

 It adds a new page to the recording profiles to enable the transcoder and
 set its options.

 The stream will then be transcoded prior writing it to the "RingBuffer".

 This feature is a step to enable livetv streaming through mythweb or
 directly to a mediaplayer including mobile devices.
