Log:

Remove unused plugin keybindings and local DELETE keybindings for plugins after [21281] and [21282] added and standardized on a global DELETE keybinding..

Before the change, the unused keybindings were still editable in MythControls (implying they were usable) but did absolutely nothing.  The local DELETE keybindings are being removed simply to prevent confusion that could be caused by some users having them and others not.
