 Will now automatically generate a 'folder.jpg' for the folder if one does
 not exist.

 %SEASONPAD% has been added upon request as a forced two digit season.  To
 maintain consistency, %EPISODE% now has no padding, and a %EPISODEPAD% has
 been added to replace the old behavior.
