Log:

Large consistency changes for MythVideo.  This commit changes the menu layouts after thorough discussion in #mythtv.  The MythVideo menus now match in layout, function and wording those in Watch Recordings.  Also contains some file delete fixes courtesy of StuartM and a fix by me to make trailers play back from storage groups.  for those with a lot of muscle memory, this will involve some relearning of the MythVideo menus, but the continuity between MythVideo and Watch Recordings makes it more than worthwhile.  The INFO binding is always Global/View changes, the MENU binding is always actions performed on the selected item.
