Log:

Remove the assumption that a tag containing a TPE2 or TPE4 frame is automatically a compilation. They may contain the compilation artist if it is a compilation, but their presence alone does not guarentee it. There are mp3 retailers correctly populating the TPE2 frame with the band name causing all files to be marked as a compilation.
