 !! Miro Bridge v0.3.1 is a complete replacement for previous versions !!

 Miro Bridge v0.3.1

 1) Changed the check for Imagmagick convert utility and ffmpeg as the
 positive return value is different on some distributions (0 or 1). The
 fail value is consistent (127).

 2) Fixed the environment test option (-t) as there were conditions when it
 could give a false positive "success message"
