 This patch, along with what are probably some minor cleanups, adds support
 for the subtitle, season, and episode in the OSD.  I moved the "Directed
 By: Foo" out of the quotation marks and to precede the plot field.  The
 Subtitle now appears in the OSD subtitle field and the season and episode,
 if they exist, appear next to the Title ie:

 Fringe 1x01
 "Pilot" Directed By: Foo Bar.  Lorem ipsum etc. etc.
