Comment:

 (In [20440]) Reinstate some event handling in the TV class that was
 removed in r20355. Tested with various profiles on 3 machines without
 issue and I can't see any logical reason not to add it back. Closes #6481
 (although there is still an issue with OpenGL playback and embedded
 video).
