Log:

Update the guide grid screen to mythui.

* This moves the guide grid screen into the FE where most of the other screens
  now live. 

* many options that were only available though key presses are now
  also available from a popup menu. 

* Some of the settings that affected the look of the screen like what shading
  to use, the number of channels and time periods shown are now set by the
  theme. (This makes it easier for themers to set out the screen as they want).
