 This patch enables Javascript and Mozilla plugins in MythWebBrowser for Qt
 4.5.  The necessary switch for the Mozilla plugins was pointed out by
 Janne.

 I've tested Hulu and Youtube in MythWebBrowser, working well (including
 fullscreen playback).

 Might be a step on the path to doing Hulu/iPlayer/et al properly in
 Mythfrontend.
