 I am using jyavenard's repository, currently mine is at 0.21.0+fixes20277
 -openglvdpau-0ubuntu3.  My system has an SAA7130 analog capture card and I
 sometimes use it to record from an analog camcorder by creating a channel
 in mythtv and then doing a manual record.  This works fine except that it
 splits NUV files at every half hour interval.  For instance, for a
 recording which runs continuously from 6:45->7:45, the first NUV file will
 span 6:45 ->7:00, the second 7:00->7:30, and the final one 7:30->7:45.
 This wouldn't be a problem if Mythtv kept track of these, but it does not.
 Only the initial file shows up under "Watch Recordings", and the latter
 files are automatically deleted after a while (a day?) in normal
 operation.  If there is a switch in setup to configure this I have yet to
 locate it.  Even if there is such a switch, Mythtv should not lose the
 latter files.
