 MythWeb is reporting that you have a SQL error:

 "SQL Error: Table 'program' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
 #1194"

 Please check the health of your database (you can use mysqlcheck or the
 optimise_mythdb.pl script in MythTV's contrib/ directory). Repair any bad
 tables, and then retry the activity in MythWeb.

 You can run optimize_mythdb.pl daily via a cron job - this should help to
 keep your database in good health.
