Comment:

 Stuart, I don't mean to step on your toes by taking this report.  It had
 gotten pushed way down on my TODO list when your status change caused me
 to take a quick look at it.

 As reported, this bug is invalid.  The "Never record" option isn't
 supposed to work with generic episodes since generics are explicitly
 excluded from duplicate detection.  If the user doesn't want duplicates to
 be recorded, that can be controlled in the recording rule.

 There is still a potential bug in that the "Never record" option shouldn't
 normally be presented for generic programs.  There are some exceptions,
 though.  One exception is for find type rules.  To the original reporter,
 reopen this report and provide more details if you think the "Never
 record" option wasn't applicable in your case.
