Log:

The last of Nigel's machine-gun checkins for a while.
Sorry, will trigger another large rebuild.

Takes un-neccesary headers out of mythcontext.h to speed builds.
This now means that when mythversion.h changes (i.e. a library API update),
only the source that defines and checks the version will rebuild.

Also took the deprecated MythContext::DBError() methods out.

Note 1: I haven't removed mythverbose.h yet - too many source files still
        to change, and very little to gain as it changes infrequently.

Note 2: Need to force a relink of all libraies whenever the version changes,
        but haven't worked out how to yet.
