 (In [18293]) Patch from Mario Limonciello to capitalise a menu button. See
 #5721.
 I barely see the point of this patch, but I am trying
 to clear out some of our 600 tickets, so in it goes.
 Note that there is no point in capitalising one word
 and not the other - almost everything is capitalised!
