Log:

Moves some (common to all perl metadata fetching scripts) code to
MythVideoCommon.pm (installed to share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts/MythTV).

Purpose: centralize our IMDB use so it can be eliminated or rerouted later.

We also give out a meaningful user agent now.
