Log:

Rewrite MythUIButton, drops the arrow and checkbox features which were only there originally for MythListButton. XML format has changed and there are some improvements as well as the foundation for more additions such as a 'pushed' state. This was the last widget requiring the Init hack so traces of that have been removed from MythUITextEdit at the same time. There may be instances of the old XML in themes which I'll replace shortly.
