 (In [19182]) Refs #2287. Some VDPAU tweaks for the mythtv-vid branch.

 Note there are still some problems
  * Resolution changes are not handled by the VDPAU code
  * VDPAU is treated as a subset of XVideo, videout_xv.cpp may be simpler
 if it  is treated as a subtype outside of the XVideo range.
  * All the other known problems, color in OSD, quality of MPEG-2 decoding,
 etc.
