Log:

Remove Zoom, TV offset and aspect change stuff (now dealt with in base class),
don't recalculate scaling matrix after base class calls MoveResize() for any
view except the main window or fullscreen output, actually store output size
of view when creating it (which was preventing [18887] from behaving well).
Clipping mask is still unset/used. I see no good reason for it?
