 I wanted to be able to remotely (over telnet) start Video/DVD playback in
 MythVideo on the frontend the same way recorded programs can be started
 with "play" command.

 My first attempt against 0.21-fixes is attached. Unfortunately, network
 control messages are not routed to plugins, like MythVideo, thus handling
 had to be done in PlaybackBox (aka Watch Recordings), which is not the way
 it should be. Also, I only tried Internal player and don't think external
 players will work.

 The full command is "play video [dvd:]filename [resume]"
