Comment:

 Sadly MythBrowser didn't survive the switch to Qt4 so it's not really
 worth spending any time fixing this.

 As a work around you can add bookmarks from the main MythBrowser screen by
 pressing MENU and 'Save Link in Bookmarks' which does support using the
 popup keyboard.
