Log:

mythcommflag general cleanup.

Makes sure we check check the command line arguement count before trying to dereference the next arguement char pointer.
Reports when query.exec() fails with MythContext:DBError(), or takes other appropriate action.
Allows commercial methods to be specified by names, not just bitmaps formatted in decimal.
