Log:

1) Argument --enable-mac-bundle went missing in a resync ages ago [13655].
   Re-enable (:-) it.
2) Move the setting of this from settings.pro to config.mak,
   so that it really is configurable
3) Use the correct variable (actually documented in Qt 4!)
