Log:

Adds a DishNet/EchoStar channel changer script.

This works around two of the problems these boxes experience:
* They go to sleep after a few hours, the initial select in this gets it out of that mode.
* They sometimes get stuck on bad channesl, a up gets it out of that state

This also adds a select after channel number entry, this just makes the channel change take more quickly.
